Electronic Parent Consideration Card for 2020-21

Later this spring, as our staff works to form thoughtful, well-balanced classes for the 2020-21 school year, we would like to take this opportunity to solicit your input.

Please fill out one form per child if you have more than one student at BPES.  Please keep in mind that all information shared on this form will be visible by members of our school team, including next year's teacher.  Please complete your electronic consideration card by Friday, May 29, 2020.
