During our Parent/Teacher Conferences next week, in addition to being able to meet with our BPES staff, we will be offering a virtual Help Desk in order to answer general questions or provide technology support should you need it.  If you are having trouble getting access to your child’s conference, have questions about Canvas, HCPSS Connect, or require other assistance, please visit the BPES Virtual Help Desk via Google Meet between the hours of 1:00pm-7:00pm on Monday, November 23 and Tuesday, November 24.  The code to enter the Google Meet is BPES Help Desk.  Please make sure to log in using your child’s HCPSS credentials to visit the Virtual Help Desk.
