Volunteer Training Required - Complete Now and Be Ready for the Year

All volunteers and visitors to our school, including parents joining their children for lunch, must complete this training program every year prior to visiting BPES for the first time:

All visitors must check in at the front office upon arrival. You will need your drivers license to check-in.

Please view the materials using this website below..  Anyone volunteering at school in any capacity, and parents joining their children for lunch, are required to complete volunteer training prior to their first visit. Thank you in advance for your gifts of service and time. Please read and review the materials on the website below.  Once you have finished, COMPLETE THIS GOOGLE DOC (no paperwork required).  You do not need to print anything out.

We recognize that for many of our students, having a parent or guardian bring an outside lunch is a special treat.  Lunch visitors may only distribute food to children for whom they are the legal guardian.  Additionally, as stated on the confidentiality agreement, lunch visitors must agree not to video record, audio record, photograph, live stream, or in any other way transmit any part of their experience while visiting (including no posting on any social media platform).  Staff will provide reminders to visitors at lunch who appear to be taking photographs.

Please note, HCPSS does not permit parents and guardians to attend recess.
